Great to see Todoist integration to add tasks from email (similar to how this is done in Spark). Thanks Team.

Just found out the Canary Mail only shows the last 400 mails per account... I really think this a no-go (at least for the desktop app), so I want at least an option to see/download/cache all mails to my computer...

Out of office replies would be very useful when OOO. This is an important feature for those using Canary for work.

In Edison Mail, when I click an email and then "move", I get a context menu with my folders but at the very top of the context menu is a search box where I can type the first few letters of the intended folder which will populate immediately and I just click it or hit enter and the email automatically goes into that folder. Without this, I need to manually scroll through all my folders creating unneeded friction.

You can set it up for mails with the condition that only sends you a reminder if they dont replay or send a reminder even if they replay

Please add "✓ Read" in the correspondence window next to each email address (To: - Cc: - Bcc: ) separately.

Signing and encrypting e-mails using S/MIME is common practice in the business world. So in order to get useful in a business environment, an e-mail client should support S/MIME.

When reading mail, I would like to see the full mail address, not just 'Me'. When using multiple mail addresses, it is important to see which address the mail was sent to (personal/business/feedback/finance????). 'Me' says completely nothing, so is not a clever indication. Even worse, when using catch-all addresses, it quickly becomes unclear (and a security issue) when you cannot see the mail adress, just 'Me'. It's silly. Please fix.

Sorting emails by sender is, own my opinion, a basic function of every email client. It helps to sort through emails quickly and clear unwanted emails or move them to folders. I find it amazing that Canary Mail does not have this feature. It is also noted that Canary Mail's own website promotes sorting emails by sender (https://canarymail.io/blog/manage-and-organize-emails/): 'Group by the sender: Another way to organize your inbox is by grouping messages from specific senders together. This can be particularly useful if you work with a lot of different people and want to quickly find messages from a particular colleague or client.' So, why is this function not there?

As it is a standard on email clients, along the day we need to retrieve a communication from someone of from a subject. so usually we do a search using keywords, like "from: mario" and I will see all emails listed that were sent by mario, or I write "to:xxx" and I see all emails sent to xxx...or even by subject, "subject:xxx". and I can read all emails from xxx subject. this is key to work efficiently.

Many service provider (including EM Client, Super Human & Outlook) have this feature of creating direct meeting link from calendar. Please integrate the same.

I think most consider an email as done once it has been archived, so marking it as read makes sense.

Canary Mail allows you to select a set of sounds for notifications from a provided list, but there's no option to add your own custom sounds like almost every other email app has. Can this be added soon?

The current Canary widgets for iPhone could be enhanced to better match the high-quality offerings of the app. Currently, the widgets suffer from unappealing graphics, limited customization options, and text that is cut off at the top and bottom. In contrast, widgets from other email providers are highly effective and visually appealing. Given Canary's reputation for quality, an improvement in the widget design and functionality would be beneficial.

I am an Independent Contractor and this would make Canary Mail a usable app for me. Apple Mail and MS Outlook allow the use of multiple colored flags (in Mac OS Mail) or Categories (in Outlook). This is an important feature for me to organize my mail across different projects/timelines. This is an important feature that I look for in any Mail App, please consider adding this feature to Canary Mail.
